Thy Sins Are Forgiven - Says Putin to Africa🌍

At the recently concluded Russia-Africa summit that took place in St Petersburg, Russia, the president of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin announced that Russia has forgiven Africa of debt totaling $23 billion.

A section of the international press has made attempts to diminish the importance of this development, focusing instead on the fact that only 17 African countries were represented at the summit.

We are of the view that this benevolent act should not be swept under the carpet.
