The Moat Project is an inter-regional model of joint defense, joint control, joint investigation, and joint combat established in 1996 to maintain the security and stability of Beijing, the security project launched by the seven provinces and cities of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Shanxi, and Shandong to defend the communist regime.
