Sorrel

This is what Sorrel looks like. These are sour lettuce leaves. Sorrel can be used to make borscht, as well as for salads. Sorrel is frozen or canned for the winter. Usually sorrel is not watered. Enough rain for irrigation. Sorrel grows all summer.
