Trump Is NOT Being Indicted For Free Speech BUT For Fraud

Not because he said the election was rigged but because he asked the money in the fundraising letters and Ads saying the election was rigged and with the donations he would save Democracy.

Not only, according to Newsweek and Bill Barr the evidences of fraud are overwhelming because Jack Smith has two big witnesses: Jared Kushner and even, they say, Kevin MacCarthy who said that Trump privately told them “I know I lost, but I want to say they rigged the election for the fundraising” and Kushner was involved in first line in the fundraising campaign for the Save America PAC and allegedly told Smith during his testimony under Oath that Trump insisted with him to say in the ads that the election was rigged and that the money the people sent were “to save Democracy”.
It’s like I say I am a veteran and got shot in battlefield in Afghanistan and got wounded and it’s untrue and for Jack Smith I may be pitiful and cheap but still it’s my First Amendment Right, it is not my First Amendment Right to do a fundraising Ad where I falsely state that I am a Veteran and I got shot in Afghanistan and now I’m wounded and I need donation money to pay for the doctor, then you send the money and I am not wounded in fact and I spend the money for other things, that’s fraud, that’s basically what Trump is indicted for, he is not indicted for free speech.
