RANT: What's Taking so Long on Pistol Braces?

The 5th Circuit just said the ATF violated the administrative procedures act, making the pistol brace rule invalid. It remanded it to the lower court for decision. In other words the pistol brace ban fails miserably. Even though this is a victory, there are many in the second amendment community growing increasingly impatient with how long this is taking to litigate. If you are a snowflake, then you might watch something else. I'm about to give it to you straight.
