We don't even realize it, but it is very easy to fall into the rabbit hole on Social Media, you see all sorts of information some people agreeing some disagreeing, so how do we navigate it, how do we work with this and what are we trying to do here.

Here are my four ways to handle and combat insanity on Social Media.

1. Increase the frequency of posting, across all your Social Media
(Instagram Stories, Twitter, LinkedIn)

2. Stay on track with what's going on! Don't let Social Media suck you in, keep focus on your business, products, services and how you can help people.

3. Cut through the noise! Focus on the future of where you are going, don't focus on the wrong direction!

4. Be the most stable person on Social Media, your presence is key and you need to remain confident, stable and secure stay on that forward momentum.

Everyone wants to persist and it's not easy it is hard, but the truth is that it is designed to be hard, designed to pull you away from what you are doing. If it sounds insane more than likely it is insane, you need to focus on your business not something that is insane!
