Andrei Chikatilo, also known as the Butcher of Rostov, was responsible for the deaths of at least 52 women and children in the Soviet Union between 1978 and 1990. Chikatilo would lure his victims to remote areas, where he would s*xually as*ault, m*tilate, and m*rder them. He was executed in 1994.
