It's Raining Pinballs

The who and the what collide in today's Segue City Special with the Who and the Weather Girls rounding out the week as we tidy up the studio for the Mayor's arrival tomorrow for his weekend editions. The world may appear to be spinning out of control but the Braves are not just in first place in the National League East but in all of baseball... if you're a Mets fan however then yes, your world is spinning out of control... but that's just another day in NYC, right?

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
