Meditation may be one of the first spiritual technique's we ever learn, and one of the most valuable as well. Through meditation we may come to be centered, balanced, and experience a sense of wholeness by the calming of the thoughts in the mind.

The word "meditation" comes from a word meaning "contemplation; devout preoccupation; private devotions, prayer," descending from the Proto-Indo-European root *med-, meaning "take appropriate measures.". Through this understanding we may see that Meditation is the process of using timely foresight to appropriately handle our issues before they begin, by going within and finding our center.

This episode explores the importance of incorporating meditation into ones life, and how it affects us on every dimension of our being.
