Follow up on Trump as he gets arraigned

The governor has said a DC jury is too biased and Trump needs a national jury pool. He’s even made a policy plan out of it — which would require a constitutional amendment. The former president’s attorneys have suggested the venue be changed to West Virginia, which is Trump country. Federal prosecutors meanwhile tell me it doesn’t matter who is on trial, people should have faith in the justice system. Jury selection may be intense — but they believe Trump will get a fair shake. Political analysts meanwhile say this case more than any other will test the strength of our judicial system.
