When Congressman Matt Gaetz introduced the Abolish the ATF ACT (H.R. 374) in January, it sent shockwaves throughout the Second Amendment community and on Capitol Hill. In September, 12 different appropriations bills will be voted on in the House, where Republicans will have the chance to Abolish and Defund the ATF. Will they do it?
