Chloé had an exhilarating duel with the Peruvian surfer Maria Fernanda Reyes and came out victorious, securing her spot in the quarterfinals. It was a display of classic maneuvers, with Chloé opting for lefts and gracefully gliding on the longboard through the waves of Huntington Beach.

With impressive scores of 4.83 and 5.93, Chloé Calmon showcased her skills and finished with a total score of 13.93 points, while Maria Fernanda Reyes totaled 8.33 points. And let me tell you, her victory was stylish, pulling off a hang five and a lengthy hang ten on the third wave, with all ten toes firmly planted on the nose of the board. The judges were full of praise, giving her a score of 8.0!
