August 3, 2023: I want to live. I do not want to suffer anymore. This weakness and imbalance has affected my life. I am now going to STAND UP FOR AMERICA!

I will now make a difference! I am doing this on my own and I am not giving up!

This EVIL Government and New World Order is going to have to deal with me; a PROUD AMERICAN!

Refocusing on the positive that has happened to me and how I have still am FIGHTING on! I know that I am the prize and I need to make the rest of my life the best of my life!

Looking to make a difference in my life and I see the light.

Down 172.4 pounds today, I have 195 to go.

394 pounds - Recommitting to new weight milestones. Closing in on the HALFWAY point. Looking toward the future.

Today I take account that I have lost 172.4 pounds since last year. I am going to achieve my goal and be the man I know I am!
