8/2/2023 The CCP government sent people to secretly dig open the dike and release floodwater, but they were discovered and stopped by villagers from a certain village in Zhuozhou. This led to a confrontation between the villagers and government officials. The villagers questioned the government, asking why they didn't use the designated flood discharge area. Were there red letterhead official documents endorsing the digging? Were government personnel sent to the riverbank to forcibly dig open the dike? If the villagers hadn't intervened, the village would have been submerged long ago!
