Looking For The Blue Water…

Well, since we finally had a break in the ridiculously hot temps & humidity, we went looking for the “Caribbean-like” blue water that has been around here on the SE coast for maybe a couple of weeks now.

We got surprised, instead by bigger waves & strong winds, but still just as beautiful Atlantic ocean!

**I guess I need to add that this is normally how our beaches look at high tide but there’s a recent almost phenomenon (not really, but kinda rare) happening where there has not been any storms stirring the ocean up & carrying the sediment up to the surface (creating this gray / brownish look instead of a Caribbean blue color which has not been out norm.)
