Whether it be at a police department, or any professional industry, there will be the workplace naysayers who are constantly negative. Am I saying I've never been negative? HECK NO! But, living for negativity is not my thing, and I appreciate Retired Police Sergeant Marc Basye giving advice on how to approach them but also he says how they are like a cancer.
