For Arianna Davis and Crystal Williams, working as Lizzo's backup dancers after auditioning on her reality TV show, "Watch Out for the Big Grrrls," was like a dream come true at first.

Even Noelle Rodriguez, who had already danced for Beyoncé and Megan thee Stallion, had long admired Lizzo's stance on body positivity and was excited to work with her.

The three women said that working for the artist was nothing like they imagined.
