Poor Man's General Tso

I am not a proud man, and sometimes I have to utilize resources that I would prefer not to, but must in order to get by. With the rising prices of food these days, I found myself having to visit a food pantry in Montrose, Colorado recently. God bless these people. They gave me a 3-day food supply which I have stretched even beyond that. This is what I did with some of it.
