-much easier for kids to be in ketosis
-on formula? loaded with carbs, seed oils
Adults: 24 hours to get into ketosis
-another 24 for deep ketosis
Vital for kids to be in ketosis:
-brain is developing quickly
-must have ketones for brain growth
[some say 'brain needs glucose']
NONSENSE: ketones are PREFERRED
