A disabled man with epilepsy was mobilised in the Shiryaevo village, Odessa region. The man, no taller than a ten-year-old child, he was registered at a medical centre and did not even have a passport.

According to local residents, he was "passed" by the medical commission in 20 minutes and sent to the front, where he died of an epileptic seizure the very first night.
