O Exorcista: O Devoto ganhou seu primeiro trailer

Desde a morte de sua esposa grávida em um terremoto no Haiti, há 12 anos, Victor Fielding (Leslie Odom Jr.) tem criado sua filha Angela (Lidya Jewett) sozinho.

Quando Angela e sua amiga Katherine (Olivia Marcum) desaparecem na floresta e retornam 3 dias depois sem memória do que aconteceu com elas, isso desencadeia uma série de eventos que obrigará Victor a confrontar o mal e, em seu terror e desespero, buscar a única pessoa viva que testemunhou algo parecido antes: Chris MacNeil (Ellen Burstyn), uma atriz que foi para sempre alterada pelo que aconteceu com sua filha Regan 5 décadas antes.

Filme será o primeiro de uma nova trilogia, O Exorcista: O Devoto chega nos cinemas no dia 13 de outubro deste ano 2023.

The Exorcist: The Devout gets its first trailer

Since the death of his pregnant wife in an earthquake in Haiti 12 years ago, Victor Fielding (Leslie Odom Jr.) has been raising their daughter Angela (Lidya Jewett) alone.

When Angela and her friend Katherine (Olivia Marcum) disappear into the woods and return 3 days later with no memory of what happened to them, it sets off a chain of events that will force Victor to confront evil and, in his terror and desperation, seek out the only person alive who has witnessed something similar before: Chris MacNeil (Ellen Burstyn), an actress who was forever changed by what happened to her daughter Regan 5 decades earlier.

Film will be the first of a new trilogy, The Exorcist: The Devotee arrives in theaters on October 13 of this year 2023.
