Tech that will help you get to the top of your game:

Use ActiveCampaign to keep track of your clients (start with Lite and follow up with clients on a schedule & generate more KPIs - these are your “Proof Points” that will massively accelerate your earnings)
Use Calendly to quickly book project meetings (get Professional because custom email notifications = FAR FEWER MEETING NO-SHOWS!!)
Minimize back-and-forth with Loom Pro. Yes, I'm aware Upwork has a Loom integration. That's not why you need Pro. You need Loom Pro so instead of your client dragging their feet on a project that becomes endless, you will get a notification when they click your email with the video walkthrough of the next step that they need to take to keep the project moving. You need to 1) get Loom Pro 2) Download Loom desktop app and 3) Download the Loom Gmail extension (IMPORTANT!)
Get a Stream Deck ASAP. It's like push-button productivity macros + tons more. I use it religiously. Smartest efficiency investment of the last year.
