Abounding in Hope (9) : Trusting God's Love

The Bible says, “Anyone who trusts in Him will never be disgraced” (Romans 10:11b). But have you or anyone you know ever been disgraced or ashamed or disappointed because you thought you were trusting God – and nothing happened or things even got worse. The immediate temptation is to throw in the towel. It is a sensitive subject, but overcoming offenses in this area are essential to knowing God. Just because we are going through difficulties and trials does not mean God does not love us or that His Word doesn't work. Trusting His love no matter what is how we overwhelmingly conquer our difficulties and trials . .
