Similar to Disney's problems with Marvel, the DCEU under Warner Bros. is having a rough go. Flop after flop, they're continuing to try this and decided do make this one. James Gunn's first foray into the DCEU already slated to flop at the box office. All the controversy surrounding this film doesn't help.
