What to do with U.G.L.Y. behavior?

I was blessed with the opportunity to speak to teenagers and very young adults at the University of Illinois at Chicago. They wanted me to speak to them about work related behavior and how to prevent active shootings. I wanted to talk to them about something else. This is how it turned out.
