Since learning about Wim Hof and the power of the cold, I came across Thomas Seager being mentioned on a Joe Rogan episode. What a fascinating story and mind he has! Thomas is a fountain of knowledge and is full of energy and life. At 57, he is fitter than most men in their teens, 20s, 30s & 40s. What I like most about Thomas is his ability to learn. Similar to my own beliefs, his have been changed in recent years, because he doesn't let his eyes deceive him and he doesn't deceive his eyes.
