Is Healthcare a Human Right? | Lanhee Chen

Hoover Institution’s Lanhee Chen returns to survey the current state of the American healthcare system, including Medicare/Medicaid, the Affordable Care Act, and private insurance programs — along with new path breaking models, like Direct Primary Care. We discuss policy reforms that could bring much needed transparency and simplicity to care delivery.
