World Doubting U.S Fighting Abilities

The New York Times released an article expressing doubt of western fighting abilities. It speaks of Ukrainian abandoning American tactics and reverting back to methods that formerly worked. What does this communicate to the American public and Foreigners? This article expresses a sentiment that has been lying in the background for some time now- that is, the U.S may potentially be a paper tiger. This perceived weakness is sparking new behaviors from previously shy nations like China and Russia, who are now openly sending Navy flotillas near Alaska as well as Cuba. This newfound confidence on the part of foreigners will unfortunately only escalate the war further, causing WW3.
