Florida's Brown Water Police Force.

Florida has alot and I mean alot of water ways to patrol for it's law enforcement. Not blue water patrols which is deep or open water. No brown water, which is shallow waterways like rivers, beaches and even lakes. For the most part they do a excellent job at this. As you can tell, it ain't easy either.
