WHAT DO WE DO WHEN THINGS DON'T GO WELL?

We can give up. Or we can stop, think, observe, plan, and move forward.

Many of you know that I am in training for another marathon.
As an interim step, I registered for a half marathon in Queens, NY, USA.

Unfortunately, an old injury flared up and I did not complete the race.

Was I disappointed? Yep.

At the same time, I am viewing this as an opportunity "practice what I preach" about dealing with setbacks. Dealing with adversity.

Therefore, I am now focused on healing this injury and preparing for the next race. Stay tuned!
