WANTED FOR ANSWERS OF ELECTION FRAUD
NOVEMBER 3, 2020 GENERAL ELECTION

FORMER SECRETARY OF STATE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

The State of California is in Constitutional Default of ARTICLE IV & ARTICLE VI California is in Default of the United States Constitution Specifically Article IV, Section 4.

In December 2020 former Secretary of State Padilla failed to report the
California State November 3, 2020 General Election Official Certified
Totals. The “Certified totals favored Vice President Joe Biden.
The “Official” failed Certified totals not reported by former Secretary
Padilla are below:
2020 CA GENERAL ELECTION.
Biden 11,110,250
Trump 6,006,429
False Total Votes=17,116,679.
Biden fraudulently won CA by 5,103,821 votes

On or about April 7, 2021 former California Secretary of State Dr.
Shirley N. Weber falsely proclaimed former Vice President Joe
Biden the winner of the November 3, 2020 General Election over
President Donald J. Trump by signing with foreknowledge false
Ascertainment General Election documents based on the non
“certified” totals of the November 3, 2020 General Election.
Utilizing electronic manipulation of the California election system
throughout the 58 counties of the state Dr. Weber knew and had
knowledge of the altered total number of votes in favor of Vice
President Joe Biden over President Donald J. Trump from the
November 3, 2020 General Election.

The use of the proper algorithm applied to the California November 3,
2020 General Election shows a major difference in the results between
Vice President Joe Biden and President Donald J. Trump. The result of
the 1 man 1 vote are below:
2020 CA GENERAL ELECTION.
TRUMP 15,871,786
BIDEN 4,620,330
Real Total of Votes= 20,492,116
Trump won CA by 11,251,456 votes.

New Californians and Californians demand a full 58 county forensic audit of the
November 3, 2020 General Election immediately.
