Anti-Surveillance State Act

The surveillance state must come to an end. It's a threat to our liberties and a recipe for tyranny. Congress must codify this, the Judiciary must be on the side of the Constitution and the People, and the Executive must take bold action. As President, I will take bold action to purge the abuses and restore honor to our intelligence community and trust of our government.
