Tragic Freak Accident At A Wimbledon School. 😲😳😯😮☹😥🇬🇧

It is a tragedy that this happened at elementary school for girls. It is also sad that it happened during the end of term when this was supposed to be a happy occasion. It is also frustrating to see that the driver of the vehicle was an epileptic and the accident was a result of seizure. Why was this person allowed to drive?
