The Linearization of the Sagnac Effect and The Varying Speed of Light

Recap: The Sagnac effect is not caused by angular rotation. The only measurements laser interferometry has ever produced is a preferred direction of propagation East to West and a varying propagation in the form of an angular rotation of 15°/h with a transnational speed of 1,000mp/h at the equator, varying relative to the latitude.

Sadly for Relativist, the cause of the fringe pattern being exclusive to rotational effects has been falsified mathematically and experimentally and along with it, the framework of Special Relativity.
