Trataka Meditation Mind Training Practice For Beginners Advanced Meditators

This is another short video for practicing Trataka eyes open meditation, I hope can help you. For myself it is easier to start out by gazing at the center while the picture is moving keeps me from blinking as much making the focus of mind training easier too.

I have stared at a piece of rice on a red cloth before and still do similar techniques depending on where I am. This is fairly new for me to do and I just felt it was important to share this with others.

Training the mind versus the mind training us is important and a real eye opener once one realizes it can and needs to be done. We are so easily programmed from the Saha every day world of information everywhere we look.

Meditation is a life changer and saver for some. Vipassana was my first real experience with meditation in getting beyond the pain gate and having a true inner experience with myself and my Creator the Universe. I believe everyone on earth should try and do a ten-day silent Vipassana retreat at least once.
