#5 walkthrough of my second duplex

In this video I give you a walkthrough of my second investment property. This is a duplex with a 3 bedroom 1 bath on the bottom floor and 5 bedroom 2 bath on the top floor which includes the attic. This property does not need much work and is move-in ready. I'll be moving in the bottom floor and renting out the top floor. This will allow me to start renovating the bottom floor of my first property along side the top floor.
