I TRAINED LIKE ANTHONY JOSHUA! In the lead up to AJ’s fight on August 12, @BULK asked AJ to provide us with a challenging circuit to showcase the work that goes into being a top athlete, and hence the #AJCHALLENGE was born!
Do these 9 exercises in a circuit of 45 seconds work and 15 seconds rest!
And if you want to take on my my personal structure of this challenge, then rest for 1 minute and repeat this circuit 5 times. That will take 50 minutes, so with a 5 minute warm up and cool down, you have yourself an epic 60 minute session!
