Pilar cyst pops right out

The key with pilar cysts, I find, is being patient and finding the right plane, just above the cyst capsule, and then dissecting down from there. Because the skull below exerts some back pressure on these cysts, they generally want to ‘pop out’ and this one actually did, right into my lap! Everything healed up nicely, without incident.
