Dealing with scar tissue

Often cysts around the nape of the neck will have drained a few times and therefore will have associated scar tissue with them. This can make the removal a lot more difficult and that was the case here. Cutting through this tissue is more challenging and delays the eventual removal. Otherwise, everything else was pretty straightforward.
