Removal of a medium sized soft lipoma at the base of the neck

I apologize if my hand is in the way a lot for this video as I had trouble securing the last section of the lipoma. Working around the neck can be intimidating if you aren't familiar with this area but so long as you've done a number of these and know the anatomy, things should progress nicely. Softer lipomas, like this one, are always harder to remove and less 'gratifying' as they don't pop out like the harder ones do. Overall this went well and the patient should recover nicely.
