Cyst Plot Twist!

The ultrasound report described this lesion as a lipoma but I should have known better. It didn't feel like one and as soon as I started to incise into it, my subconscious was screaming that this was a cyst....but sometimes that happens. At the end of the day it doesn't change much. In retrospect I would have done an elliptical incision as that would have made things a bit simpler but nothing is absolute. Approaches change as do outcomes, as you adjust to the situation you have. At any rate, this is my first post in quite some time. I'm looking forward to getting back into this. Take care!
