Lipoma removal along the base/side of the neck/shoulder

This area is a little bit challenging to work in. This lesion had been present for years but he had trouble finding someone to remove it. This is not something I'd recommend to someone new to this as working here is somewhat anxiety provoking. Having said that, you simply want to be familiar with the space you are working in and visualize what you are dissecting, especially along the posterior aspect. This healed nicely with no complications.
