Drainage of an infected cyst on the back

I've had a few of these lately. Sometimes it is hard to differentiate from an infected cyst and an abscess but you should be able to appreciate that this one had some definite keratin and capsular components. This drained well and we'll be scheduled for appropriate removal at some point in the future.
