85 MPH Speedometers. why?😁

An observation of what typically happens with an 85 MPH Speedo. To clarify the law came into effect in n79 under the Carter Administration but was repealed in 81 or 82 under Reagan. There was a couple reasons but the main reason was they didn't want drivers trying to max a 120 MPH speedo, they figured if the number wasn't there the driver wouldn't be curious and attempt max speed of their cars...
