I still see a bunch of people performing Behind-the-Neck Lat Pulldowns, so here’s my thoughts:
These will NOT be “more Lats” than a traditional Lat Pulldown but the exercise is FINE if you have mobile shoulders

I’m not telling you to avoid BTN Lat Pulldowns, but you don’t need to add any ‘spice’ to your lat pulldowns if you only care about growing a wider back.

Grip Suggestions (for traditional pulldowns):
Wide Grip = Lat Bias Pulldown
Narrow Grip = Upper Back Bias Pulldown
