Removal of an Epidermal cyst on the upper leg

This patient had developed a cyst along the crease of his upper leg and buttocks that had been rubbing for years and scarred down a little. I had meant to show the opening of this cyst, after I completed the procedure, and then I forgot. It was quite calcified and firm. At any rate, this came together nicely and healed well.
