Did you know George Lucas wrote Qui-Gon Jinn at the somewhat last minute for star wars episode 1 the phantom menace? Here's how it all came to happen...
Obi-Wan was supposed to be older, and we would have had a more somewhat advanced story with him...which I think could have been interesting, but I'm not interested to live in a world without Qui-Gon!
