Preventing Potential Irrigation Line Damage: Cap it Up!
1
During this inspection, I noted moisture marks on the back wall, and a little settlement. During the phone walkthrough with the client, I heard water splashing so I looked out on the patio. The irrigation lines were spraying everywhere in this little townhome patio area.
The irrigation lines were connected to the HOA sprinklers, and were going off every day. I heard the home has been empty for quite a while, so this has been going on for some time!
Don't delay; cap it up and secure your irrigation lines today!
