Stranger In Front Of My Window

I have caught homeless people sleeping under the tree next to my window, I get tired of cleaning up trash, feces, and needles. When I brought this up to Trailer Park Management, they asked if I had made police reports. Why bother? I had a video of someone crashing into my carport and that didn't help, so now I have a camera to capture some of the homeless issues of my life at this trailer park.
