Removal of Epidermal Cyst on the Neck

This patient had a growing epidermal cyst along the left side of his neck for the last number of months. It was now quite obvious and he wanted it removed. Although the capsule ruptures in this case, you can appreciate that the entire capsule is removed which should always be the goal when removing uninfected epidermal cysts. This healed nicely and without incident.
